Richie Wellens plans to name a largely unchanged Leyton Orient side for Saturday's League One meeting with Stevenage, despite a poor run of home form. The O's sit 15th in the table with seven points from six games and have lost all three of their league matches at Brisbane Road this season.

Wellens, in his fourth full season as manager, confirmed his intention ahead of the fixture. "We will revert to a similar starting XI from last weekend's narrow loss to Wycombe," he said. The team lost 2-3 to Wycombe and 1-2 to Arsenal's Under-21s in midweek, conceding eight of their nine league goals at home.

Injuries continue to limit his options. Forward Aaron Connolly has not featured this season, while defenders Rarmani Edmonds-Green and Ollie O'Neill remain sidelined. Summer signing Jaze Kabia, who has five goals, and Tottenham loanee Yusuf Akhamrich are expected to feature. Akhamrich is the club's top scorer this term with three goals.

Stevenage arrive in ninth place, two points ahead of Orient, and are unbeaten in their last two matches after away wins at Luton and Barnsley. The last meeting between the sides in March ended in a 2-1 away win for Leyton Orient.

Kick-off at the Matchroom Stadium is set for 3pm on Saturday, 19 September.
